We want you to be happy with your purchase & your shopping experience. If you have ANY reason to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at returns@cabbanandco.com in the first instance.
If the gift-wrap is faulty, explain the fault in an email to: orders@cabbanandco.com. Please include a photo of the fault and we’ll send a replacement immediately and free of charge.
If you’ve changed your mind or don’t like the gift-wrap, please return it to us for a full refund. Unfortunately, we can’t refund any shipping costs. We will refund the gift-wrap at the cost you bought it. If you bought the items as part of a set, the set will need to be returned as a whole.

We ship globally using The Royal Mail at the rates in table below, regardless of quantity.
If you are in the UK and need your parcel delivered 1st class, please call Fiona on 01494 864 680 and she’ll arrange it for you.
If you are near Great Missenden, Bucks, HP16 0DZ, England, and would like to collect your order, please email us on orders@cabbanandco.com leaving your telephone number and we’ll call you to find a mutually convenient time.

Your package will arrive in an eco-friendly paper envelope. It’s not waterproof, but it is water resistant and recyclable. Should your fabric wrap get wet, please hang it up to dry before storing or using it.
